Serenity picnic
How does silence affect your food?
On July 2021 Studio Katja Gruijters developed the monastery picnic 'Serenity' for Kloosterjaar Brabant, together with various monasteries and abbeys. As an intern for the studio I contributed to the creation of the concept and the organization of the event.
The first monastery picnic took place in the Emmausklooster Avant Spirit in Velp, where the guests enjoyed the beautiful monastery garden and a homegrown tasting.
